njournal350@gmail.com  نعدّل بنود الخدمة كل بضع سنوات. نودّ إعلامك مسبقًا بأنّ التعديل التالي سيتم في 30 يوليو 2026. لن تؤثّر هذه التغييرات في طريقة استخدامك خدماتنا، ولكنّها ستسهّل عليك فهم ما يمكنك توقّعه من Google وما نتوقّعه نحن منك أثناء استخدامك خدماتنا. يمكنك الاطّلاع على البنود الجديدة هنا. إذا كنت من المقيمين في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو سويسرا، وفّرنا لك أيضًا ملخّصًا بأهم التغييرات التي أجريناها على نسخة البنود الخاصة بالمنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية. في ما يلي نظرة سريعة على التغييرات المرتقبة: بشكل عام: أضفنا قسمًا يوضّح لماذا قد تستخدم خدماتنا الإنترنت أثناء عدم تفاعلك بشكل نشط مع الخدمات أو جهازك، وذلك لتشجيعك على التحقّق من خطة خدمة الإنترنت وإعدادات الجهاز والشبكة، لأنّ كلاً من هذه العوامل قد يؤثّر في التكاليف. عدّلنا ووضّحنا قسم تسوية النزاعات، والقانون الساري، والمحاكم. وضّحنا كيفية ارتباط الأقسام المختلفة في بنودنا ببعضها البعض. إذا كنت من المقيمين في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية: بالإضافة إلى التغييرات في قسم بشكل عام، عدّلنا أقسامًا مختلفة لتعكس أحدث القوانين واللوائح السارية في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والتي تنطبق على خدماتنا، بما في ذلك: التزام Google بإجراء التعديلات المطلوبة قانونًا على المحتوى الرقمي والخدمات والسلع التي نقدّمها "زر انسحاب" جديد على الإنترنت في قسم تعليمات المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية بشأن الانسحاب أزلنا أيضًا قسم التعامل مع الطلبات المتعلّقة ببياناتك لأنّنا سنجمع النصوص الخاصة بالإفصاح عن البيانات في الصفحة الرئيسية لـ "سياسة الإفصاح عن البيانات". إذا كنت من المقيمين خارج المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية:  بالإضافة إلى التغييرات في قسم بشكل عام، أضفنا إفصاحات وبيانات جديدة لإخلاء المسؤولية، بما فيها تلك المتعلقة بالنتائج التي يقدّمها الذكاء الاصطناعي. إذا كنت من المقيمين في الهند، أضفنا أيضًا صياغة جديدة تتعلّق بمتطلبات الإبلاغ وتوضّح التزاماتنا في حال انتهاكك القانون الساري. إذا كنت أحد الوالدَين أو الوصي ومنحت طفلك الإذن باستخدام الخدمات، يُرجى مراجعة التعديلات على البنود مع طفلك ومساعدته في تحديد ما إذا كان يجب إجراء أي تغييرات على حسابه. يُرجى العِلم أنّ هذه البنود تنطبق عليك، وتقع عليك مسؤولية الأنشطة التي يجريها طفلك ضمن هذه الخدمات. في حال عدم موافقتك على البنود الجديدة، عليك إزالة محتواك والتوقُّف عن استخدام الخدمات. ويمكنك أيضًا إنهاء علاقتك معنا في أي وقت بدون تحمّل أي عقوبة، وذلك من خلال إغلاق حسابك على Google. نشكرك على استخدام خدمات Google.  © 2026 Google LLC 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043  أرسلنا إليك هذه الرسالة الإلكترونية لإعلامك بتغييرات مهمّة على بنود خدمة Google.
